Salad: Autumn Winter Salad (Assorted Greens, Grapes, Diced Pear, Walnuts & Dried Cranberries- Balsamic Vinaigrette)
Entree: Smokey Chipotle Meatloaf (Tangy Tomato Sauce, Roasted Red New Potatoes w/ Bacon Crumbles and Chef's Choice Vegetable + Assorted Dinner Rolls w/ Butter)
Dessert: Chocolate Hazelnut Cappuccino Cake

Vegetarian / Gluten-Free: Crispy Potato Taco (Crispy Potato, Onion, Peppers & Fresh Cilantro) + Fruit Cup
